Odunmbaku-Wilson Heads Transport Secretariat

In line with the on-going re-organization in the Federal Capital Territory, President Olusegun Obasanjo has approved the appointment of Dr. A.O. Odunmbaku-wilson as a special Assistant to the president and secretary of the FCT Transport secretariat.

It would be recalled that the FCT Minister, Malam Nasir Ahmed El-Rufai established five mandate secretariats and the Satellite Towns Development Agency to accelerate development of the Territory in line with the vision of its founding fathers.

Dr. Odunmbaku-wilson who has wealth of experience in the transport sector served as commissioner for Transport in Lagos State during the Marwa administration. He trained in the Ivy League fashion.

He graduated at the top of his class with honors at Havard University and got his PhD in Transportation Engineering and Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.

His other academic degrees are in Architecture, Civil Engineering and Urban Planning.
He has since being sworn into office by the Federal Capital Territory Minister, Malam Nasir Ahmed El-Rufai.
